3/5 - Love the Truman Complex. This property has the potential to be really great with nice setting and it’s own pool. But for the price, I was disappointed. The carpet was filthy and the furniture was worn and not clean. The couch needs to be replaced as it is uncomfortable. The carpet was coming off the stairs and the management company was quick to resolve. They were great. I couldn’t find baking pans/dishes which was only a challenge for our thanksgiving meal. Otherwise we enjoyed all of the food available very close by. The location was great. Just need to upgrade this property.
