Your guests or young adults may enjoy the privacy of their own pool house with an ensuite half bath and delightful outdoor shower. The first floor is also where you will find the spacious family room adorned with  hardwood floors and rattan and Bahamian style furniture. An updated kitchen with granite countertops and SS appliances includes everything you need to prepare meals or snacks. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area with seating for six. Two large sets of French doors in the family room provide access to the outdoors and pool area. Here you will find a seasonally heated pool with waterfall feature, lounge chairs, a gas grill, and an outdoor dining table under a covered loggia. Access to the outdoor shower and half bath in the pool house is also found here.
